Lucy is a 1 year old female Lab mix who is the definition of sweetness wrapped in the cutest package. With her pink nose, expressive ears, and bright loving eyes, she has an irresistible look that perfectly matches her rosy, affectionate personality. Lucy is very friendly and absolutely adores her people. She loves to stay close - whether that means leaning in for pets or happily curling up right in your lap if you'll let her. She is the kind of dog who just wants to be near you, soaking up every bit of love and giving it right back. Lucy also seems to enjoy other dogs, greeting them with the cutest play bows and then joyfully running along the fence line, sharing her happy energy. This sweet pup is ready to be someone's cuddle buddy, best friend, and constant companion. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
