Garbanzo is a 5 month old male Heeler mix, who is absolutely stunning with his beautiful blue-gray coat and matching eyes. He is much more than good looks, having a sweet gentle and oh-so-lovable nature. Garbanzo currently lives with his two siblings, who tend to huddle together when someone new enters their room. Even though he is one of the shyer pups, it's truly endearing to watch Garbanzo and his brother Lentils stay close to their smaller sister Lima, as if to protect her from anyone new. Yet after just a little time (and soft treats), Garbanzo will be eating out of your hands - literally! Then you will see his wonderful, loving personality shine through. Garbanzo is at a perfect age to learn quickly and blossom beautifully in a loving forever home. Be sure to meet this handsome boy soon, and take home an amazing companion.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
