He arrived at the shelter with an injured eye, so the vet team took great care of him - and now his one remaining electric blue eye makes him even more unforgettable. His soulful looks while in his cage turn into sweet adoring looks the moment he gets out and is by your side. Tyson is super lovable and will happily stay close to shower you with affection and pure love. He is a gentle boy with wonderful leash manners, enjoying calm and easygoing walks. Tyson has a nicely balanced medium energy level, and is just as happy joining you on outings as he is curling up on the couch for a cozy night together. All that this handsome boy is missing is a family to give him the love, warmth, and security he deserves. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
