Meet Essex - A Handsome, Affectionate Companion in the Making

Essex is a 2-3-year-old husky mix who's blossoming into a truly sweet and striking companion. Though he arrived anxious and unsure, he's made incredible progress thanks to the care of his foster. He's now much more relaxed and increasingly affectionate-especially with people. In fact, Essex thrives on human connection and would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. A work-from-home setup or a household with a flexible schedule would be ideal.

He walks beautifully on a loose leash, is working on crate training, and is already showing signs of becoming a loyal, loving partner. He's currently living in a foster home with two other huskies (kept separate for now) and is adjusting well. Essex recently visited the vet for updated vaccines, a nail trim, and a full checkup. He's healthy, but still needs to gain about 5-10 pounds to reach his ideal weight.
