Layne is a beautiful 3ish-year-old, 50 lb golden girl. Layne came to us pretty timid and scared of the world but has since gained a lot of confidence. Layne lives with other dogs, kids and a baby. She is great around kids. She is a sweetheart; she does still get timid when in new homes and away from the people she knows and trust. Layne is pretty quiet. She is the only dog in the house who does not bark at the mailman . Layne does best being able to run free and watch the birds fly by so a fenced yard is preferred. She does chase after the bunnies in the yard so I would say no cats but she hasn't been cat tested.

She does prefer women over men but lives perfectly fine with my husband (She will give him a bark every once in a while). She absolutely loves mellow dogs. Poor girl is stuck in a house with 3 obnoxious male dogs.

She loves playing fetch, going on walks and treat time. She loves romping around the yard with her four-legged foster brothers. She does well with senior dogs as well.
