Meet Windex - our little miracle girl with the biggest heart
Windex's story is nothing short of incredible. As a tiny kitten, she bravely fought and survived panleukopenia, a battle that many thought she wouldn't win. Even when veterinarians feared the worst, Windex proved just how strong and special she is. Thanks to lots of love, care, and her own fighting spirit, she has blossomed into a happy, healthy kitten ready for her forever home.
And what a sweetheart she is! Windex absolutely adores people and wants nothing more than to be close to you. She'll happily follow you from room to room like your tiny shadow, always hoping for snuggles. Pick her up, and she'll melt right into you-especially if she can tuck herself into your shoulder, her favorite cozy spot. Her purr motor is always running, letting you know just how content she is.
When she's not cuddling, Windex is all about playtime. She loves chasing wand toys and zipping after the laser pointer with kittenish enthusiasm. She's the perfect mix of playful energy and affectionate companion.
Windex's journey has made her extra special, and she's ready to fill someone's life with love, comfort, and joy. If you're looking for a resilient, affectionate little shadow who will always be by your side, Windex is your girl.
Windex is required to go home with another kitten. Please consider her siblings- Comet, Lysol, and Downy.
We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Windex would do good with a friend, including:
-Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!
-Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.
-Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.
-The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.
-You'll save two lives instead of one!
Windex is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.
Windex's adoption fee is $165. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
If you are interested in meeting Windex, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at
