Meet Downy - your future tiny explorer and professional cuddle bug!
This sweet little girl is full of curiosity and adventure. Downy loves to explore every corner of her world, turning even the smallest space into her personal playground. Whether she's chasing toys, investigating new places (and yes, everything is new to her!), or happily entertaining herself, she brings a joyful energy wherever she goes.
Downy is also a total lovebug. She's almost always purring and is happiest when she's near her people. After a good play session, she's more than ready to curl up and soak in all the affection you have to offer.
And if there's one thing you should know-Downy loves her food! Shake a treat bag or open a can, and she'll come running at full speed, ready for snack time with enthusiasm that's impossible not to smile at.
If you're looking for a kitten who is equal parts playful adventurer and affectionate companion, Downy is ready to fill your home with purrs, fun, and lots of love.
Since Downy is so young, she would be required to go home with another kitten. Be sure to check out her siblings Windex, Comet, and Lysol!
We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Downy would do good with a friend, including:
-Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you!
-Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues.
-Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see.
-The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people.
-You'll save two lives instead of one!
Downy is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, spayed, and litter box trained.
Downy's adoption fee is $165. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
If you are interested in meeting Downy, please fill out our online kitten adoption application at

Once your application has been approved, an A.R.F. volunteer will be able to contact you to arrange a meeting.
