Ebony- special senior girl

Ebony is a sweet senior girl who is so deserving of a couch to call her own. She is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ with a foster or adopter.

Meet Ebony.



Seven years old. Smart, gentle, and full of personality.

She's been in and out of the shelter since last November, and her heart just wants what every senior dog deserves-a cozy couch and a person to love.



Ebony adores people. She's housebroken, rides great in the car, uses a doggy door, and knows all her manners. She's goofy, affectionate, and loves sunbathing, walks, playing in the grass and squeaky toys.



She needs to be your only pet-but that just means she'll give all her love to you.

Please don't let her spend her golden years waiting behind bars.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
