She's fully crate trained, house trained, and an excellent loose-leash walker.Izzy is an outgoing girl who adores toys. She almost always has one in her mouth, whether she's trotting around the yard, lounging in the grass, or showing it off during playtime. She loves pets and head scratches from her favorite people, but she's not a big cuddler - affection on her terms and her cozy personal space mean a lot to her. When she's ready to settle, her crate is her safe haven.With medium energy, Izzy is happy with a daily walk and some fetch, then she's perfectly content relaxing nearby. Izzy gets along with dogs outside the house, but can become protective of her space and her things. For this reason, she should be the only dog in the home.Izzy would thrive with a patient, loving adopter who understands that she values a calm environment and her own space. She enjoys being near her people and would love a home with someone around often, but she does just fine in her crate during the workday. A yard would be wonderful, though she could do well in an apartment with consistent walks and playtime.This girl doesn't ask for much - just love, safety, and a family who appreciates her playful heart and gentle independence.
