Delilah's story started out rough, but this little survivor has a whole lot of heart. She was seen being rolled under a moving vehicle, and thanks to a quick‑thinking Good Samaritan, she was rushed to the vet. Everyone was shocked to discover she had no serious injuries - a small miracle considering her size.And maybe that's where her superpower comes from, because Delilah is what we lovingly call a velcro dog. Her mission in life is simple: stay close to her person and soak up every bit of love she can. Many of our dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Visalia every other Saturday between 10 and 2.
