Richie a été trouvé errant à Anjou en septembre 2025 avant d'être amené au Réseau Secours Animal. Il est porteur du virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF). Richie est un chat sociable qui a eu le privilège de déménager dans le corridor du refuge après sa fin de quarantaine! Ainsi, il peut vagabonder dans le corridor toute la journée et nous tenir compagnie pendant les quarts de bénévolat. Richie aime les caresses, mais il faut respecter ses limites. Il ressent un certain inconfort au refuge et il peut être agacé par moment. Pour cette raison, il préférera de douces caresses plus courtes. Il n'aime pas se faire manipuler présentement, mais cela pourrait changer une fois dans sa famille adoptive. Il cohabite bien avec les autres chats du corridor et n'est absolument pas dérangé par le bruit. Il peut dormir paisiblement pendant que la laveuse fait un intense boucan juste à côté de lui! Richie est un chat adulte donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 290$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et micropucé. Il est positif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF), mais négatif pour la leucose féline (FeLV). Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He is positive for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) but negative for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV).
