Rescued and bottle-fed by our rescue as a tiny baby, he grew up surrounded by love and was adopted as a kitten. But somewhere in the last two years, something in his world shifted and he was returned and we've

carries a mysterious little trigger that can set him off when he feels overwhelmed or misunderstood.

Since returning to our care, Salvador has shown us who he really is:

• affectionate and sweet with our volunteers,

• playful (sometimes intensely - he gets a little "feral" with his toys in the funniest way),

• expressive, communicative, and full of personality.

Salvador speaks in his own language - a mix of body cues, energy shifts, and emotion - and he's looking for someone patient and cat-savvy who's willing to learn that language with him. Once you do, we promise he's worth it. With understanding, predictability, and respect for his boundaries, Salvador blossoms into a loving, companionable boy.
