Greer originally arrived at the shelter from the city pound on November 6th, 2025. She is a pint-sized pit bull type gal, who is short and stocky. Greer is strong and active and is an absolute honey. A little over a month after she came in, Greer was adopted, but the people decided she just wasn't the best fit for their household and made the hard decision to return her after 5 months on 5/9/2026. She has been spayed and microchipped and her fee is $150.

Greer's adopters loved her very much and put her through professional obedience training. She really would love a home in which she is not left alone for long hours. She has done okay with some well mannered male dogs. She does bond very closely to her people. She will need regular exercise and loves to have space to romp and play. She would do best in a home without cats. Kids over 10 should be okay.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
