RescueFRAs is an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) Texas organization founded in 2004. FRAs is working to improve communication between shelters and the community. By partnering with our local animal shelters, networking with animal rescue groups, utilizing community resources and social media, as well as conducting off site adoption events and fund raisers, we are able to help increase animal adoptions.
