Drago thrives with an experienced owner who can provide strong leadership, daily exercise, and lots of attention—ideally as an only dog where he can be the center of his household. A home with a yard and time to dedicate to his exercise needs, alongside patience for his decompression period, will bring out his loyal, affectionate companion side.

Our Rescue is an all volunteer effort to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home unwanted and abandoned Boxer dogs. When Boxers are in need, Across America Boxer Rescue's dedicated volunteers respond. Our mission includes hands-on rescue, as well as education. Our rescue is dedicated in helping as many Boxers that have had a very "ruff" start for whatever reason.

All Boxers that come into our rescue will be examined by our vet, brought up to date on vaccines, heart worm tested, (placed on heart worm preventive medication) and fecal tested, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We will evaluate each Boxer's personality and temperament, so they can be placed in the best home suited for them.

Adoption application, 3 personal reference checks, vet reference check, home visit, adoption contract, spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, medical care, hw preventive, hw treatment, and any other medical needs.
