The Stray Connection
RescueStray Connection is a small organization of private foster homes (no shelter or store-front) that takes in kittens/cats from shelters outside of Knoxville that are typically high-kill, low-funded. These cats are brought to Knoxville where they receive the necessary vet care. Because our cats live in private homes, we know them well. It is our mission to make the best match of the cat's personality and individual needs with an approved adopter.
