Deuce is a 2-year-old handsome German Shepherd with brains, energy, and personality to spare! This large, playful guy is always ready for fun, whether it’s a game of fetch, a hike, or learning new tricks with his favorite people. Deuce is very smart and already knows commands like sit, down, and shake — he loves showing off how clever he is! Deuce's new adoptive family will be experience with the German Shepherd breed and understand the necessity of high amounts of exercise and mental stimulation. He would do best with kids ages 12 and up who can comfortably handle his enthusiastic play style. Deuce is housebroken and has started obedience and crate training, which should be continued to help him grow into the best companion possible.Deuce will need a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run and burn off energy, so apartment living is not a good fit for him.
