About Pawsome Squad Inc.

Pawsome Squad is a 501(c)(3) foster-based local New York rescue. We focus on helping local NYACC at-risk dogs move from stressful shelter environments into safe homes, one thoughtful placement at a time since 2022. We partner each foster dog and their foster parent with a trainer/rehabilitator to help resolve any behavioral issues prior to approving the dog to be available for adoption. Prior to adoption approval, we do require copy of pet insurance policy purchased and recommend a training session for adopters to understand how to build a long-term loving relationship with their rescue dog. Our focus is to help make people responsible dog owners, thus leading to less dogs being surrendered to the shelters.
