About Happy Hounds Animal Rescue

Happy Hounds is a foster based rescue for both dogs and cats. Though we rescue animals from many different types of situations, we pull most of our rescue pets from the euthanasia list at Oklahoma City Animal Welfare. These animals are on this list due to the extreme overpopulation of animals in Oklahoma. There are not enough shelters, rescues, and adopters to keep these animals alive, well, and off the streets, but at Happy Hounds Animal Rescue we do are very best to save as many animals as possible.
