About Cleveland County Animal Services
Cleveland County Animal Services is an open-admission municipal animal shelter serving Cleveland County. The department works to protect public health and safety, promote humane treatment of animals, enforce animal-related laws and ordinances, and reduce the number of stray and homeless animals in the community. Services include animal adoptions, lost and found assistance, field services, rabies control and vaccinations, cruelty investigations, pet surrender assistance, foster and volunteer programs, and Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) efforts for community cats.
