Horse and Hound Rescue Foundation is the brain child of a dedicated group of animal lovers seeking to help find forever homes for off track Thoroughbreds. We also recognize the urgent need to help abandoned dogs and are committed to giving them a second chance as well. ​ Our goal is to match each horse and dog with the perfect forever home, ensuring they receive the love and care they deserve.
