Event Participation

Adoption fees are reduced during Clear The Shelters at this shelter.

All month long, we will allow adopters to name their adoption fee for all adult animals (Ages 9 months and up). During the main event weekend, it will be for all ages.

Pets live at the shelter's facility and can be visited in person.

For more than 54 years, Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter has been dedicated to giving homeless animals a second chance through compassionate care, lifesaving partnerships, and responsible adoption. As a private, donor-supported, no-kill animal shelter, we rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs and cats while providing the medical treatment, behavioral support, and enrichment they need to thrive.
