About Friends of Michigan Animals Rescue
FMAR is a grass roots rescue with a physical location that provides a safe haven for the surrendered and stray cats and dogs of our rural community. The animals are provided with everything they need while we search for their forever homes. The organization was founded 22 years ago and been maintained primarily through the hard work of volunteers.
