About Hawaiian Humane Society
The Hawaiian Humane Society is Hawaii’s largest and longest-serving animal welfare organization, founded in 1883. Dedicated to promoting the human-animal bond and the humane treatment of all animals, the organization provides shelter, rescue, adoption, veterinary care, humane education, cruelty investigations, spay/neuter services, and community outreach programs that support both pets and the people who love them. Hawaiian Humane operates campuses in Mōʻiliʻili and at the Kosasa Family Campus in Hoʻopili, serving thousands of animals and families across Oʻahu each year.
