About Ozarks Pet Rescue
Ozarks Pet Rescue is a nonprofit animal rescue organization based in the Ozarks region of Missouri, serving communities including West Plains and Willow Springs. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, abused, neglected, and homeless animals while promoting responsible pet ownership through affordable spay and neuter programs, community education, and advocacy efforts. Founded on the belief that “Every Life Matters,” we work closely with local veterinarians, animal control agencies, fosters, volunteers, and community partners to provide medical care, transportation, rehabilitation, foster placement, and adoption opportunities for animals in need. In addition to rescue and adoption services, we help reduce pet overpopulation through low-cost spay and neuter transports and assist with emergency medical cases, cruelty situations, and disaster response efforts throughout the Ozarks.
