New Leash is an innovative organization in the Philadelphia region that facilitates fresh starts for justice-impacted individuals and at-risk dogs. We rescue the most at-risk dogs in our local community, focusing on those who have no other options left due to overcrowding, breed prejudices, minor behavioral challenges, medical needs, etc. Our intensive programs focus on both ends of the leash, leveraging the power of the human-animal bond.
